We understand that not every process requires an end-to-end search by an external party. At Greenways we aim to add value to our clients by offering unbundled services; supporting our clients' internal HR and talent teams whether they are over capacity and need support, or would like to outsource a portion of the search process to aid in a successful and timely outcome for their internal stakeholders.
Our recruitment work is led by Anna Mercer. She comes with over 25 years of experience in recruitment and executive search, her networks are broad and deep and she has a strong reputation in the market.

* Case study: Anna was briefed by a client who was hiring a number of GMs into his organisation. The company was going through a period of major change but historically had a fairly poor reputation in the market which was proving to be an issue in the quest to hire top talent. His brief was "I want you to find me people who, when you reach out, say they don't want to work for {company name}".
