NFP Connect: Bridging the Talent Gap in the Not-for-Profit Sector

Led by Anna Mercer, Managing Director, we are proud to introduce NFP Connect, a pro-bono initiative that links senior industry professionals with volunteer board advisory roles in the not-for-profit sector.
Why NFP Connect?
Through our relationships with CEOs and Board Chairs of various charities and social enterprises, and the co-development of skills matrices, we have observed a significant gap in the representation on many boards of specialised expertise in critical areas such as digital transformation, AI, cybersecurity, and sustainability.
In our capacity as an executive search professionals, we frequently meet with senior leaders who are eager to offer their expertise through volunteering on boards in an advisory capacity and in return also expand their own skills and broaden their portfolios.
How We Help
NFP Connect is a complimentary service designed to match these organisations with highly experienced professionals who are eager to contribute their skills in return for the opportunity to expand their own portfolios.
Many of these professionals have qualifications from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and bring valuable executive leadership and/or board experience across a range of sectors.
By participating in the Greenways Connect Program, these skilled leaders are actively seeking volunteer roles where they can make a lasting difference.
